Spent the last year leading and mentoring a team of other reporting consultants, as well, making me a great teacher in the language of Workday Reporting & Analytics.

After spending over six years in the Workday ecosystem—leading teams, tackling complex reporting challenges, and delivering solutions across 75+ projects—I saw firsthand how businesses struggled to fully leverage Workday’s analytical capabilities. Too often, reporting felt overwhelming, dashboards went underutilized, and valuable insights remained buried in data.
I knew there had to be a better way.
Drawing from my experience across many industries and global implementations in multiple countries, I launched RCG to help businesses unlock the full power of Workday Reporting & Analytics. My approach is simple: Combine deep technical expertise with a personable, customer-first mindset.
